We were introduced to Casa de la Luz at a time when my parents’ end-of-life experiences were unfolding. To complete this four-year rebrand, our team attuned itself to the subtle differences required to communicate both palliative care and hospice to individuals and families facing end-stage illnesses. Casa de la Luz was a local, women-owned business. During the COVID years, our design team worked with a locally inspired palette of colors, images, and professional messaging that helped Casa de la Luz convey hope and renewal to families.

Thanks to Casa de la Luz’s leadership, including Meredith Lewis, Lynette Jaramillo, Agnes Poore, and Jodi Horton. Godat Design team principals include Katie Ylinen and Katherine Monberg, with creative support from Stefanie Spencer.
